At Blooming Artificial, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase; if your faux plants don't perfectly suit your space, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring stems and foliage are safely secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
